1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Spinner, developed by RORE Tech LLC (a Massachusetts limited liability company), handles information in connection with the Application. Vibe Spinner is a mobile entertainment app — a single-screen engine simulator with physics-based spinning, real-time audio synthesis, and a local-only personal-best tracking feature.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The following information is never collected, stored remotely, or accessible to RORE Tech LLC:

• Your name, email address, or any identifying information
• Your location or device location
• Your gameplay statistics, session history, or personal-best RPM scores (beyond what is stored locally on your device)
• Your device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, IDFA, IDFV)
• Any photos you use as a background within the app
• Any financial information beyond what is processed by the platform store at purchase
• The handle / display name you choose to show on the spin screen

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally in your device's app storage. None of it is transmitted to RORE Tech LLC or to any third party:

4. In-App Purchases

When you make an in-app purchase (Vibe Pro or Vibe MAX tier), the transaction is processed entirely by the platform store — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple StoreKit on iOS. RORE Tech LLC receives confirmation that a purchase was made (tier status) but does not receive your payment information, card details, billing address, or any identifying information about you. Purchase records are held by Google or Apple under their respective privacy policies.

5. Photo Background Feature

Pro and MAX users can pick a personal photo to display as a spinner background. The photo is applied to the screen in memory only — it is not stored, not even on your device, and is discarded the moment you change the background, switch skins, or close the app. The photo never reaches RORE Tech LLC, any server, or any third party.

6. Third-Party Services

Vibe Spinner makes no third-party network requests during normal use. The app's fonts and images are bundled directly into the installed package; nothing is loaded from a CDN, analytics service, advertising network, or tracking framework at runtime.

Platform-standard services provided by Apple and Google (such as App Store / Play Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, and anonymous OS-level crash diagnostics if you have opted in via your device's system settings) are governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies. RORE Tech LLC does not control, receive, or have access to data flowing through those platform mechanisms.

7. No Accounts Required

Vibe Spinner does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play. Download and play — that's it. The handle / display name you choose is yours alone, stored on your device, and never seen by us.

8. Data Deletion

All app data is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear app data through your device settings. RORE Tech LLC holds no server-side copy of your data and cannot retrieve, restore, or share it because we never had it.

9. Children's Privacy

Vibe Spinner is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected by the Application, the app poses no known privacy risk to minors.

10. EU and Digital Services Act Disclosure

For users in the European Union, RORE Tech LLC operates as a trader under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Our trader contact information is displayed on the EU App Store listing as required by the DSA. This Privacy Policy applies equally to EU users; no separate data processing occurs for EU residents.

11. California Residents (CCPA)

Because Vibe Spinner collects no personal information, the categories of personal information collected, sold, or disclosed under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are: none. California residents have no data with us to access, delete, or opt out of selling — because no data exists.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, communicated through the Application or via roretech.com. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
