By downloading, installing, or using Vibe Spinner ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RORE Tech LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of Vibe Spinner.
Vibe Spinner is a mobile fidget toy and engine simulator featuring a single-screen physics-based spinner, real-time audio synthesis, multiple engine skin themes, and a local-only personal-best tracking feature. The Application is available on Google Play for Android. An iOS version distributed through Apple's App Store is in preparation.
Vibe Spinner is a fidget toy that responds to rapid finger spinning and swiping on a mobile touchscreen. Extended or intense play sessions can result in:
— Finger fatigue, soreness, or strain
— Wrist or hand discomfort
— Repetitive strain injury (RSI) with excessive use
The sensory nature of the app — including escalating audio and visual effects at high RPM — is designed to be engaging. This can make it easy to lose track of time and play longer than intended without noticing physical discomfort.
We recommend: taking regular breaks every 15–20 minutes of active play; stopping immediately if you experience any pain, numbness, or discomfort in your fingers, hands, or wrists; and not playing for extended sessions without rest.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you are aware of these physical considerations and accept responsibility for monitoring your own well-being during use. RORE Tech LLC is not liable for any physical injury arising from use of the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RORE Tech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on mobile devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment purposes.
This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use the Application for any commercial purpose.

All in-app purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy (Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies apply to purchases made through those stores).
On Android, in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. On iOS, in-app purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. RORE Tech LLC does not receive, store, or process payment information directly.
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before making any in-app purchases. If you are under 13, do not download or use this Application.

The Application, including its code, design, audio synthesis logic, visual styling, skin themes, and all associated intellectual property created by RORE Tech LLC, is owned exclusively by RORE Tech LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RORE TECH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RORE TECH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. PERFORMANCE, INCLUDING ACHIEVABLE RPM, MAY VARY BY DEVICE HARDWARE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RORE TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY PHYSICAL INJURY ARISING FROM USE OF THE APPLICATION. RORE TECH LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION.
RORE Tech LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or via roretech.com. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
