1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Omni Kavach ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RORE Tech LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of Omni Kavach.

2. Description of the Application

Omni Kavach is an Android application that captures a photograph using the front-facing camera when an app the user has tagged for protection is opened by someone the app does not recognize as the registered owner. Its purpose is to help device owners see who has accessed their personal devices without permission. Opening or unlocking the device itself does not trigger a capture — only opening a tagged app does. The Application is designed to run entirely on the User's local device. No photographs, biometric data, or personal information is transmitted to RORE Tech LLC servers at any time.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted uses:

• Protecting your own personally-owned Android device
• Identifying unauthorized access to your own device by third parties

Prohibited uses:

• Installing or using the Application on any device you do not own or have lawful authority to use
• Photographing any person without lawful authority, in violation of applicable privacy, wiretapping, or recording laws
• Using captured images to harass, blackmail, defame, or harm any person
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. RORE Tech LLC disclaims all liability for unlawful use of the Application.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RORE Tech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Android devices you own or control, solely for personal, lawful device security purposes.

This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use the Application for any commercial purpose.

5. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

Free Tier (after trial):

• 1 tagged app permitted
• Tag can be changed at any time
• No owner face registration or capture skip
• No intruder vault access
• Last 5 activity log entries only

Trial (first 30 days from install):

• 2 tagged apps — slots are permanently assigned; no switching after both slots are used, even if untagged
• Full owner face registration and capture skip
• Intruder vault included
• Photos taken during trial are locked (not deleted) at trial end — upgrade to Pro to unlock access
• Last 5 activity log entries only

Pro ($2.99/month or $14.99/year):

• Unlimited tagged apps, changeable any time
• Owner face registration and capture skip
• Full intruder vault — always accessible
• Full activity log and evidence export (PDF)
• Vault photo count on dashboard
• Geo-tagging and remote alerts — planned for Pro Ultra tier

Annual Pro saves approximately 58% versus monthly pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Privacy and Data Storage

All data collected by the Application — including photographs, facial geometry ratios, and event logs — is stored exclusively on your device. RORE Tech LLC has no ability to access, view, or retrieve this data. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Biometric Data

The Application processes a photograph of the device owner's face for owner recognition purposes. Only numerical facial geometry ratios are stored — not the raw photograph. This data never leaves your device. You may delete all biometric data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the Application.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application and all associated intellectual property is owned exclusively by RORE Tech LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RORE TECH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT ERROR, THAT ALL CAPTURES WILL BE SUCCESSFUL, OR THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. FACE RECOGNITION IS NOT PERFECT — FALSE POSITIVES AND FALSE NEGATIVES MAY OCCUR.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RORE TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM UNLAWFUL USE OF THE APPLICATION BY YOU. RORE TECH LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. User Responsibility and Indemnification

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Application is lawful. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RORE Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms, including any claim arising from unlawful use of the Application.

12. Updates and Changes

RORE Tech LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or via roretech.com. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
